Never dropped, exposed to heat in a parking lots, nor handled roughly - used on a AC environment and stationed at an office desk all of its time. We are updating our iPads to other equipment NOTE - there is a small gray spot on the screen and it is naturally occurred and we have no traces of any technical issue or abuse to result it. Please observe it on pictures. PERFECT FUNCTIONALITY OF THE TOUCH SCREEN IS THERE AND SPOT HAS NOT INCREASED WITH THE USE. WE HAVE NO EXPLANATION TO IT OTHER THAN MENTIONING IT.
